Terms and Conditions for Vacate Cleaning Perth
1. Services Offered:
Vacate cleaning
Residential cleaning services
One-off home cleans (once-off home cleans)
Regular home cleans
Bond back guarantee for vacate cleaning (subject to conditions outlined below)
2. Staff Protection:
The safety and respect of our staff are paramount. Inappropriate conduct towards staff members may result in immediate cancellation of service without refund.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling:
Cancellations notified at least 48 hours in advance incur no fee.
Cancellations within 48 hours incur a fee of 10% of the agreed fee or $50, whichever is greater.
Rescheduling is allowed up to 48 hours before the scheduled service. The same fee applies for late rescheduling.
No refunds for services already undertaken, but we offer to revisit the property within 72 hours to address any service issues.
4. Bond Back Guarantee:
The guarantee covers only areas and tasks explicitly agreed upon in the service contract.
Clients must report any dissatisfaction within 24 hours of service completion for the guarantee to be valid.
Our team will inspect and decide the best course of action, which may include a partial or full redo of services but does not include monetary refunds.
Guarantee does not cover issues caused by wear and tear or pre-existing conditions of the property.
Guarantee does not cover property restoration or damages.
In case of disputes, our decision is final, prioritizing fairness and service quality.
5. Liability:
Our company is not liable for pre-existing damages or issues not related to our services.
