Do you offer a bond back guarantee?

Yes, we offer a bond back guarantee, subject to terms and conditions. Our service is designed to meet the expectations of property managers and landlords for bond returns. If there are any issues related to our cleaning within 72 hours, we will return and rectify them free of charge.

Are your cleaners insured and trained?

Absolutely! All our cleaners are fully insured and have undergone thorough training to provide high-quality vacate cleaning services. They are equipped with the latest gear, fresh uniforms, and the knowledge and tools to tackle any cleaning challenge.

We also ensure each one of our cleaners has an up to date police clearance.

Do I need to provide cleaning supplies or equipment?

No, you don’t need to provide anything. Our team comes fully equipped with all the necessary cleaning supplies and equipment to carry out the service effectively.

Can you clean the property if I am not present?

Yes, we can clean the property in your absence. We just need access to the property and any specific instructions you might have. Our team is trustworthy and respectful of your space.

We can even pick up the keys from your property manager, but please note a key pickup fee may apply depending on the distance we need to travel.

How do I book a vacate cleaning service?

Booking is simple! You can book our vacate cleaning service by contacting us via phone, email, or through our website. We recommend booking in advance to ensure availability.

Is there a cancellation fee?

We understand that plans can change. We request that you inform us of any cancellations or rescheduling 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a fee.

Your fees are slightly higher than online quotes. How come?

We provide transparent pricing because we know nobody likes hidden fees or surprise charges at the end.

You’ll find some online quoting systems don’t include certain areas of cleaning that we consider to be standard.

How can I pay for the cleaning services?

We offer various payment options for your convenience, including cash, direct transfer, or using our Square reader. Payments are typically due on the day of the scheduled service.
